My work is grounded in a warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed approach. I tailor each session to meet you where you are, using a blend of evidence-based, experiential modalities that support healing on both emotional and nervous system levels. Therapy is not one-size-fits-all; your journey is unique, and so is the way we’ll walk through it together.
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)
A research-backed trauma therapy that helps you reprocess distressing memories, so they no longer feel as activating or overwhelming. Many clients describe feeling lighter and more at peace after EMDR therapy.

Emotion-Focused Therapy
This approach helps you understand, validate, and move through your emotions rather than suppress or avoid them, building a deeper connection with your authentic self.
Inner Child Work
Together, we’ll reconnect with younger parts of yourself that may still carry pain, fear, or unmet needs. This work is often tender and transformative, offering deep healing through compassion and re-parenting.
OEI (Observed and Experiential Integration)
An evolution of EMDR, OEI utilizes visual pathways to facilitate the rapid integration of emotional experiences. It’s especially helpful for reducing anxiety, emotional flooding, and trauma responses.

Nervous System Regulation Tools
We’ll explore gentle body-based practices, such as grounding, breathing, and movement, to help your system feel safer, calmer, and more resilient, especially during stressful or triggering moments.
Parts Work (IFS-informed)
We all have different "parts" inside, protective parts, wounded parts, inner critics. Parts work helps you understand and harmonize these inner voices, allowing you to feel more whole and empowered.
What This Might Feel Like in Session
You might find yourself breathing a little easier, noticing old stories start to shift, or discovering parts of yourself that were hidden or hurting. Each session is a space to show up as you are—with curiosity, compassion, and no pressure to “get it right.”
